1. ABOUT RAGE ROOM
Welcome to Rage Room.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or use our website and when you purchase products from us.
Rage Room is a fashion brand creating one-of-a-kind garments from second-hand and sourced materials. Every piece is reworked by hand and may therefore have small variations, imperfections and signs of the original garment.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other applicable policies.
These Terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to show our garments accurately through our photographs, descriptions and product information. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device.
Our garments are made from second-hand and/or sourced materials and are individually reworked by hand. Small imperfections, variations, signs of wear and characteristics of the original garments are part of the design and are not necessarily defects.
Where relevant, we provide information about the materials, size, condition and construction of each piece on its product page. Please read the product description and details carefully before purchasing.
All products are subject to availability. Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, once a piece is gone, it may not be available again.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on our website are in euros and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices, products or promotions from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.
Orders normally require approximately 2 business days to be prepared, followed by shipping time with the carrier. Our estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 5–8 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product or checkout page.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, as required by applicable consumer law.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Your statutory consumer rights, including your right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable cooling-off period, are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Custom-made or personalised pieces may be subject to different cancellation rights where permitted by law. We will inform you of this before confirming a custom order.
7. CUSTOM ORDERS
We may offer custom or personalised pieces from time to time.
For custom orders, we will agree the relevant specifications with you before production begins, including where applicable the design, materials, colours, measurements and price.
Because a custom piece may be made specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where the applicable legal exception for personalised or made-to-order goods applies.
We will clearly inform you if this exception applies to your order.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Rage Room website, including our name, logo, photographs, graphics, text, designs and other original materials, belongs to Rage Room or is used with permission.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers and other tools that help us operate the store.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Our use of these services does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, our customers or the security of the website.
11. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will be the version that was in effect when your order was placed.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer living in another EU country, this does not prevent you from benefiting from any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
