We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Every Rage Room piece is handled and packed by us, so please give us around 2 business days to prepare your order before it leaves our hands.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

This means you can generally expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–8 business days from placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Free shipping on orders over €55

European Union:
€12.95 standard shipping

The available shipping options and final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

DELAYS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our contact form and we'll help you track it down.

If your package arrives damaged, or your order is lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We remain responsible for the goods during delivery until they are received by you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
