Refund policy

We hope you love your Rage Room piece as much as we do. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know which piece you'd like to return.

The item must be returned in its original condition. Please treat your garment with care while trying it on - we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered beyond what is necessary to try the garment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund. Your original standard shipping cost will also be refunded where required by law. Refunds will be made within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Custom pieces: Items made specifically to your measurements, specifications or personalisation may not be eligible for cancellation or return where the law allows this exception. We'll let you know before confirming a custom order if this applies.

Because every Rage Room piece is reworked by hand from second-hand materials, small imperfections, variations and signs of the original garments are part of the piece and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us and we'll sort it out with you.
